Essay

The dissertation is devoted to deepening and expanding the information on probable factors of risk of spastic forms of cerebral palsy and principles of prevention of pathology which are characterized by high level of disability; analysis and statistical processing of objective data of the main clinical manifestations and dynamics of rehabilitation of children with cerebral pathology, the effectiveness of scalp-acupuncture in children with different forms of cerebral palsy; assessment of expediency of integrated combined use of scalp acupuncture with passive-active curative physical education (kinesitherapy) and therapeutic massage in children with spastic forms of cerebral palsy. The study involved 250 families and themed children under 7 years of life. On the basis of the ranking of the significance of the risk factors for the future child of cerebrovascular manifestations with the use of the Chenon method, according to the information content the scale of influence on the probability of cerebrovascular incidence was obtained. The connection and combination between such factors as age of parents, age of gestation and anthropometric data of the infant are revealed. Expanded information with reliable indicators of such risk factors for cerebral palsy as age of parents, bad habits, burdened obstetric history. It is proved that inadequate clinical objectification with neuroimaging by direct methods of the brain according to indications in the period of newborn birth, an early discharge from the hospital is a factor in untimely diagnosis and a delayed start of rehabilitation of the specified group of children. On the basis of complex clinical-instrumental research in children, it was revealed: reduction of adaptive possibilities, accompanied by pathological muscle tone for the spastic type, decreased tolerance to physical activity, manifestations and combinations of motor pathological components; various intellectual-mnestic disorders in the form of underdevelopment, intellectual deficiency, developmental delay; afore pronunciation, speech impairment in the form of delayed development, general underdevelopment of speech and pseudobulbar dysarthria. It is substantiated theoretically and confirmed in practice that application of the modified technique of scalp-acupuncture in children of different age groups contributes to better tolerability, wider application in the complex treatment and rehabilitation of children with spastic forms of cerebral palsy. The efficiency of simultaneous application of scalp-acupuncture with passive-active kinesitherapy, therapeutic massages with complex traditional treatment and medical aid for children of different age groups with spastic forms of cerebral palsy is proved.Based on the obtained data, practical recommendations for informing future parents and medical staff on statistical criteria and information content regarding the importance of the risk factor, in the period of family planning, pre-, peri- and postnatal periods, and the possibilities for reducing the risk of cerebrovascular incidence have been developed. The algorithm of application of scalp-acupuncture and its combination with the traditional treatment of children with spastic forms of cerebral palsy has been developed, suggestions on the prevention of pathology have been substantiated, the possibilities of complex treatment of children with cerebral palsy in various medical institutions of the country have been expanded
