Biliavtseva V. The productivity of young pigs, which were fed with BVMD "Enervic"

The object of the study is the use of BVVD "Energvik" in the ration of young pigs of large white breed. The purpose of the study is to study the productivity, metabolism and quality of pork for feeding young ration hogs of the new BVBM "Ennervik". Methods of research - zootechnical, physiological, chemical, statistical, analytical. Scientific novelty. The effectiveness of the use of the new Enervik BVMD with carnitine in feeding young pigs for growing meat, its impact on productivity, quality of products, digestion and metabolism in the body have been theoretically substantiated and experimentally determined. It has been proved that the federation of BVMD Energerv in the amount of 50 g / ton of compound feed improves the digestibility of the nutrients of the diet, the absorption of nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus, resulting in an increase in average daily gain of young pigs by 13,9%, at a level of 770 g, against 674 g - in control. They were the highest: during feeding phases 65 - 110 kg - 882 and 775 g; in the phase 35 - 65 kg - 704 g and 600 g; for 20 - 35 kg - 626 g and 564 g. The killing mass and mass of carcass are increased by 15,8% and 19,4%, while it does not reveal any negative influence on physical and chemical parameters of muscle tissue and blood condition. For fed BCMD "Energvik" with a dose of carnitine 100 g / ton of feed, lower values ??than doses of 50 g / t are obtained.
