Essay

The object of the study is the influence of the complexes of nanocarboxylates on the reproductive function of females of cattle. The purpose of the study is to develop a biotechnological method for stimulating fertility of cattle and dairy cattle and the scheme of its application. Research methods are zootechnical, biotechnological, biochemical, chemical, clinical, biometric, and economic. Scientific novelty. It was first discovered that Se complex with Ge, Cu, Mn, Cr positively affects fertility of cows. It was established that the developed biotechnological scheme of administration of the preparation of Quatronan-Se to feline bovine animals in a functionally intense period of the sexual cycle, namely, on the 10th-12th day contributes to the implantation of embryos. It was discovered for the first time that Ge, Se, Cu, Mn, Cr in the same complex exhibit synergistic action and, by introducing them into the luteal phase, intensify the function of the yellow body, which results in increased progesterone content. Implemented: 2 patents of Ukraine were obtained for a useful model, dissertation materials are used in the educational process of higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
