Zhovtenko O. Pregnancy and labors in women with myoma after reconstructive operations

Scientific work is devoted to depression of frequency of obstetric and perinatal pathology at women who transferred before pregnancy conservative myomectomy із on the basis of studying the clinical-ehografical, hemodynamic, endocrinologic, metabolic and morphological features of condition of fetoplacental complex, and also improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role of the undergone reconstructive operations concerning hysteromyoma in genesise of complications of pregnancy and labors is scientifically proved. It is shown that the scar on uterus after conservative myomectomy can cause disturbances of functional condition of fetoplacental complex and complication at delivery. Endocrinologic, dismetabolic, hemodynamic changes at pregnant women with the scar on uterus and their interrelation with features of performance of reconstructive operations, and also with development of placental dysfunction and premature births are presented. The obtained data allowed to prove scientifically need of early diagnostics of placental dysfunction at women with the scar on uterus after conservative myomectomy and possibility of change of tactics of conducting pregnancy and labors.
