Myskiv A. Complex surgical treatment of purulent inflammation of lower limbs in patients with ischemic and mixed forms of Diabetic Foot Syndrome

Theoretical generalization and practical solution of the current task in Surgery is presented in the thesis. It is concerned with finding out the development of ischemic and mixed forms of Diabetic Foot Syndrome, elaborating the methods of toe amputation and modeling a foot stump on the condition of diabetic gangrene, implementing autodermoplasty using perforated food foil and amaranth oil, administering korvitin-antioxidant and ozone therapy in order to regulate carbohydrate metabolism, lipid blood level, endothelial functions that promote improvement in treatment results.Complex surgical treatment of patients with ischemic and mixed forms of Diabetic Foot Syndrome by applying researched methods of toe amputation and modeling the foot stump on the condition of diabetic gangrene, using korvitin-antioxidant and ozone-oxygen gas mixture together with traditional therapy, has promoted the regulation of carbohydrate metabolism and lipid blood level, normalized endothelial functions, improved clinical results in treatment.
