The basic aim of this work is finding new high-level and low-toxic agents with antimicrobial, antifungal, anti-hypoxic, actoprotective, antipyretic, diuretic, hypoglycemic activities among 5-(phenoxymethylene)-4-R-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiones and their derivatives, establishment of regularities between chemical structure of synthesized compounds and biological activity, selection and recommendation the most active compound for preclinical trial.
