The results of the survey are based on the examination and case monitoring of 95 patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD), postinfarction cardiosclerosis after myocardial revascularization. The negative impact of anxiety and depression disorders (ADD) on the clinical course of IHD, postinfarction cardiosclerosis after myocardial revascularization was confirmed by decreasing of autonomic nervous system activity on the background of increasing of adrenalin and dopamine daily urinary excretion. The prevalence of ADD in patients with IHD, postinfarction cardiosclerosis after myocardial revascularization was 58,9% among the examined patients. The combination of basic therapy with antidepressant fluvoxamine reduced the symptoms of anxiety and depression by 36,4% and 46% respectively in patients with IHD, postinfarction cardiosclerosis with ADD after myocardial revascularization. There were achieved positive changes in the structural-functional indicies of heart, state of sympathicoadrenal system and heart rate variability.
