Object - effectiveness of infertility treatment of tubal peritoneal genesis for further implantation of embryos; goal – to increase the effec-tiveness of treatment of the female factor of infertility of tubal-peritoneal genesis by in vitro fertilization, by optimizing therapeutic and diagnostic measures for the preparation of the endometrium for the implantation of embryos at the pre-transfer stage;methods – questionnaire-anamnestic, clinical, biochemical, evaluation of alpha2-microglobulin of fertility in menstrual blood, vaginal microbiocenosis study, high-frequency ultrasonography with pulse Doppler mapping, hysteroscopic, mathematical-statistical; results – the scientific data on risk factors for tubal peritoneal infertility, confirmed by a significant prevalence of extragenital diseases, chronic salpingo-oophoritis, hydrosalpinx, cases of diagnosing ovarian cysts, bacterial vaginosis, organ-preserving surgical therapy for ectopic pregnancy; the concept of pathogenetic mechanisms of formation of failures of assisted reproductive technologies in women with tubal peritoneal factor of infertility is extended; supplemented by scientific data on the characteristics of the preparation of the endometrium before embryo transfer in in vitro fertilization programs, which provides for the earlier administration of progestogens to support the luteal phase in women with a tubal infertility factor; there was a significant advantage of prescribing progestogens on the day of the ovulation trigger on the indicators of the number of mature oocytes and blastocysts; branch – medicine.
