The dissertation is devoted to the problem of reducing the proportion of gestational complications in women with a history of disturbances of menstrual function regularization. The results of the study of hormonal imbalance, the state of the ovarian reserve, haemodynamics of the ovaries and uterus, as well as the concentration of angiogenic and antiangiogenic growth factors in 120 women with oligoopsomenorrhea, advanced menarche age and puberty bleeding in the anamnesis, have been demonstrated. The peculiarities of antenatal and hereditary anamnesis, leading factors of the development of primary placental dysfunction, hormonal and angiogenic imbalances have been determined. The diagnostic algorithm and differentiated scheme of the preconception preparation and correction of disturbances contributing to the reduction of the proportion of gestational complications have been developed and implemented.
