Ivanyna V. Diagnostics and surgical tactics in patients with acute biliary pancreatitis.

The scientific work shows new approaches for the solution of scientific and practical tasks: complex treatment of patients with acute biliary pancreatitis, based on the development of pathogenetically grounded surgical tactics. There was performed the clinical examination and treatment 65 patients, who had cholecystolithiasis, 35 patients, who had concrements, which did not cause obturation of the common bile duct and 26 patients with obstructive concrements. Diagnostic-therapeutic tactics included the use of ACTIM Pancreatitis test and magnetic resonance imaging. Performance of the surgical interventions up to 48 hours in patients with acute biliary pancreatitis allowed reliably eliminating respiratory, hemodynamic, enteral syndromes, SIRS and hyperenzymemia syndrome, as well as reducing the risk of development of the acute peripancreatic non-infected fluid clusters, peripancreatic abscesses, and post-necrotic cysts of pancreatic gland.
