Nurdinov K. Prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal bleed ingin patients with combined abdominal trauma

The results of endoscopic surgical treatment of patients with erosive-ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, complicated by bleeding against the background of traumatic illness, namely the refined impressions and the choice of their optimal parameters in order to reduce the number of postoperative complications, are presented in the dissertation. It has been established that endoscopic hemostasis is an optimal method of treating patients with a traumatic illness to assess stress erosion or stomach ulcers complicated by bleeding, determining the stage of erosive-ulcerous lesions: ongoing bleeding, blood clot formation, thrombus formation and fibrin bursts in depth of an ulcer in which the source of bleeding in the initial examination was verified in 96.9 % of observations and in all cases in repeated studies, and the combined use of coagulation and infiltration methods with endoscopic subdiaphragmatic medication vagal nerve blockade help increase the quality of hemostasis to 98 % in the affected population and reduce the incidence of relapse to 8 %.
