Essay

The prevalence of risk factors of the development of cerebrovascular pathology (CVD) was analyzed based on the data of an open population screening of the individuals aged 40-59 years living in the Shevchenkovskiy district of Kyiv. Second, certain peculiarities ofthe functional state of the CNS in the given age group with ?initial manifestations of the chronic ischemia of the brain of various genesis were assessed. Analysis of the current profile of the prevalence of primary risk factors for development of CEH has shown a high prevalence in the studied population: arterial hypertension, atherosclerotic changes in the main arteries of the head and neck, low physical activity, family history in cardiovascular pathology, overweight (BMI 25), obesity (BMI 30), and psychoemotional stress. Among women, statistically reliable, compared with men, there was a anxiety , hypertensive crises in the anamnesis, in men - atherosclerotic changes in the main arteries of the head and neck, smoking, alcohol abuse and family history in the diseases of the system of blood circulation. It was established that in patients with the initial manifestations of CIB of the hypertensive genesis (CIBHG) the most frequent was the noise in the ears, against the background of anxiety-depressive states, with more pronounced changes in the bioelectrical activity of the brain and cerebral blood flow. At the initial manifestations ?of CIB of atherosclerotic genesis (CIBAG), the prominent complaint was memory impairment, anxiety disorders, with a predominance of changes in the indices of the cerebral cortex, compared to the bioelectrical activity of the brain, against a background of higher values of the quality of life. For patients with initial manifestations of CBI on the background of hypertension and cerebral atherosclerosis, the most noticeable complaints were tinnitus and memory impairment, much more pronounced changes in cerebral hemodynamics compared to the patients with initial manifestations of atherosclerotic CIB and hypertensive CIB. However, there is no summation of changes in the BFV (blood flow velocity) typical for groups with CBIHG and CBIAG, but a new profile of changes in the speed indices of the cerebral blood flow is formed. At the same time, less pronounced changes in the indices of brain bioelectrical activity were noted in patients with CBIHG. The effectiveness of the use of a complex phyto drug which includes Ginkgobiloba L., Viscum album, Crataegus for the treatment of patients with initial CBI of atherosclerotic genesis was proved
