Khmyrova A. Public administration of the educational process implementation in higher educational institutions of Ukraine

Object of research: the processes of public administration of the formation of the educational process in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. The purpose of research: theoretical substantiation of mechanisms of public administration of realization of educational process in higher educational institutions of Ukraine and development on this basis of practical recommendations on increase of their efficiency in Ukraine. Methods: system analysis, synthesis, comparative analysis, categorical analysis; structural and functional analysis; statistical analysis and sociological research, analysis and generalization. Results: practical recommendations have been developed to improve the effectiveness of mechanisms for public administration of the implementation of the educational process in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Originality: a set of methodological approaches to implement effective state management of the implementation of the educational process in higher educational institutions of Ukraine; methodical approaches to the system of student government as a basis for a quality educational process in a higher educational institution have been improved; the conceptual-category apparatus of the science "Public Administration" has been further developed in the part of defining the concept of "state management of patriotic upbringing in a higher educational institution", taking into account modern features, e.t.c. The following organizations were introduced: Department of Science and Education of the Kharkov Regional State Administration, Department for Family, Youth and Sports of the Kharkiv City Council, National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine. Areas of application: public authorities, local government and self-government bodies, public organizations.
