Lytvyn N. Diagnosis and prophylaxis of chorion detachment in women after the use of assisted reproductive technologies

The dissertation covers the issues related to the reduction of the frequency of gestational complications in women included in ART fertility programs, when pregnancy was complicated by the separation of the chorion, by the use of optimized diagnostic algorithm and medical-preventive measures. The results of the research allowed us to broaden and deepen knowledge about the pathogenetic background for the disadaptation processes in the fetoplacental system in pregnancies complicated by the separation of the chorion and scientifically substantiate the necessity of pathogenetically justified therapy. The developed clinical approach to the origin, development and clinical manifestations of the separation of the chorion against the background of immunological and hemostatic disorders, as well as the development and implementation of the therapeutic-prophylactic complex has allowed reducing the incidence of complications in assisted pregnancies.
