Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study the mechanisms of formation of thyroidotropic effects of mineral water Naftusya through experimental and clinical research. The data on the influence of the exchange rate of bioactive water use of Naftus on the thyroid status in healthy rats of both sexes was obtained. Weekly use of bioactive water Naftusya raises on female rats the polyvariant thyroid stimulating effect, estimated by changes in the total thyroid index, calculated from plasma levels of total triiodothyronine and thyroxin. A strong negative correlation (r = -0.85) between the levels of triiodothyronine and cholesterol pre-?- and ?-lipoproteins in the plasma was detected. An even stronger inverse relationship (r = -0.90) was found between the pre-?- and ?-LP cholesterol levels and the total thyroid index, which is determined by 83% of triiodothyronine (r = 0.91). It has been established that the course reception of bioactive water of Naftusya 125 women of childbearing age with chronic endocrine-gynecological pathology has a multivariate effects on thyroid function, which are estimated for changes in the total thyroid index. The method of canonical correlation analysis revealed significant correlations of changes under the influence of Naftushiyroid status with changes in neuroendocrine (R = 0.67), immune (R = 0.57) and clinical (R = 0.37) statuses. The method of discriminant analysis revealed 6 neuroendocrine, 9 immune and 9 clinical outcomes, the totality of which the oppressive thyrotropic effect of Naftusi is predicted retrospectively with an accuracy of 86.7%, neutral – 80.6%, moderately stimulates – 86.8% and significantly stimulates – 93 , 5% with a general correctness of the forecast 86.9%.
