Essay

The studies were conducted in the form of two experiments on animals and two clinical and physiological observations – practically healthy men aged 26-60 years; сhildren 10-15 years of both sexes with dysfunction of the neuroendocrine-immune complex in combination with chronic cholecystitis and gastroduodenitis in the remission stage. In an experiment it has been shown that the six-day use of bioactive water Naftusia makes two variants of vegetotropic effects: sympathetic and vasodontic. In clinical and physiological observation it was established that after 80 minutes after using the standard dose of bioactive water Naftusya in 40,6 % of the men there is a sympathetic shift in vegetative regulation; in 34.4 % the weight-related vegetotropic effect was confirmed and in 25.0 % it was neutral. The canonical correlation relations between the initial state of vegetative regulation – on the one hand, and the plasma content of the adaptive hormones of cortisol, triiodothyronine and testosterone, parameters of leukocytogram and phagocytosis of neutrophils, leukocyte index adaptation and parameters of the basal electroencephalogram – on the other hand. Between vegetotropic effects of bioactive water Naftus and associated changes in plasma of testosterone and mineralocorticoid activity canonical correlation is significant, but between vegetotropic and immunotropic effects – strong. Each variant of the vegetotropic effect of bioactive water of Naftusia is accompanied by characteristic changes of monocytosis, leukocyte index of adaptation, mineralocorticoid activity and seven parameters of the electroencephalogram, the totality of which can be identified with an accuracy of 87.5 ? 100 % (93.8 % in total), is determined by the nature of the vegetotropic effect of bioactive water of Naftusya 16 of the initial parameters of the predictors (monocytosis , cortisol, triiodothyronine, 3 parameter and heart rate variability and 10 parameters of the electroencephalogram) reflecting the state of the neuroendocrine-immune complex, and retrospectively predicted with an accuracy of 100 %.
