Nasurlaіeva K. Civil law regulation of engineering contract

The dissertation is devoted to the problem areas of civil law regulation of the engineering contract. One the main issues in connection with the specified subject is the imperfection of the legal regulation of contractual relations in the sphere of engineering. Moreover, Ukraine is now entrusted with the task of adapting national legislation to EU legislation. Therefore, there is a need to improve the legislation on engineering and to make previous scientifically-balanced substantiation of the strategic direction of such contracts to the development of relevant proposals and bills, since the effectiveness of, in particular, relations in engineering depends on the degree of perfection of the legislative base.
