Zinchenko T. Toxicological and hygienic assessment of pesticide tank mixtures in the system of chemical protection of strawberries

The thesis deals with the toxicological evaluation of pesticide tank mixtures and hygienic assessment of the pesticides and pesticide tank mixtures impact on professional contingents, population and environment objects during its application in the strawberries chemical protection system, which stipulate the use of Actara 25 WG, Switch 62.5 WG, Force 1.5 G, Nuprid 600 FS, Torero SC pesticides and Actellik 500 EC+Topas 100 ЕС (№ 1) and Actellik 500 EC + Chorus 75 WG (№ 2) pesticide tank mixtures at different stages of culture vegetation. The toxicity parameters of tank mixtures No. 1 and No. 2 were studied and evaluated. In field full-scale studies of working conditions of persons involved in the pesticides application in the agro-industrial sector and private farms' conditions were carried out, and professional risk was estimated. The behavior of the studied pesticides in soil, leaves and berries of strawberries was studied, a mathematical modeling of the studied substances behavior in the objects of strawberry agrocenosis was carried out and the classes of hazard by persistency in soil and agricultural raw materials were established. The maximum residue levels of active substances in strawberry and strawberry juice and the regulations of pesticides and pesticide tank mixtures safe application have been substantiated Limiting criteria for pesticide tank mixtures application control during its usage for strawberry plantings protection are established.
