The thesis is devoted to increase of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in conjunction with hypertension by studying clinical and biochemical and functional features of the course of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with hypertension. It was found that the combined course of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and hypertension is characterized by increased levels of cytokines, cytokeratin 18 and fibroblast growth factor 21, inflammatory processes in the liver, its atherogenic activity and the development of insulin resistance than in patients with isolated pathology; found that signs of liver fibrosis are more common in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in combination with hypertension and the levels of the studied cytokines increase as the stage of liver fibrosis increases; presence of hypertonic disease in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, worsens the condition of portal blood flow; the involvement of ademetionin, ursodeoxycholic acid and lisinopril in the complex therapy of such patients is accompanied by the prevalence of positive effects; predictor markers of liver fibrosis were determined and a model for assessing the risk of progression of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease was proposed.
