The thesis is devoted to increasing the effectiveness of surgical treatment of thyroid diseases by improving the method of central lymphadenectomy of the neck to minimize the development of hypocalcemia in the early postoperative period.Due to the improvement of the methods of treatment of postoperative hypoparathyroidism in the early postoperative period in patients with preserved veins of the lower thyroid plexus and the preventive administration of calcium preparations, a decrease in the incidence of hypocalcemia from 38,20 % to 12,2 %.
