Essay

The results of the study allowed to develop a step-by-step methodology for training military and applied heptathlon of high school students. Depending on the tasks, special physical exercises have been selected, aimed at integrated or selective action on the body systems or individual parts of the students' body. The direction of motor activity in relation to intensity of classes as well as duration of exercises, duration and character of rest, number of occupations during the week, rates of increase of training loading during the week, month are determined.The training process in the third stage (improvement, 9 weeks) envisaged the expansion of the implementation of different types of physical activity during 5 times per week. On the basis of preservation of systematic training in throwing grenades, swimming, running at 3000 m, modified pulling up, overcoming the obstacle course, shooting, running 100 m gradually increased the intensity of physical activity.
