The thesis is devoted to the topical issue of modern medicine, the solution of which is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of treatment of acute heart failure in patients with acute coronary syndrome who undergo urgent coronary artery bypass grafting. Based on the study of central hemodynamics, oxygen budget and the level of markers of myocardium damage in 85 patients who underwent urgent coronary artery bypass grafting with artificial circulation, data were obtained on the state of circulation, ischemic myocardium and oxygen transport, depending on the anesthesia and intensive care regimen. The results of correction of hemodynamics with the addition of the calcium sensitizer levosimendan are presented, which allowed to restore the pumping function of the heart more efficiently and more quickly. This helped reduce the stay of patients in the intensive care unit and reduce the number of cases of acute cardiac failure in the perioperative period.
