The thesis is detected to the urgent problem of clinical urology - improving diagnosis and more effective treatment of various forms of chronic prostatitis with sexual dysfunction and psychological manifestations of a comprehensive study by clinical and pathogenetic links of pharmacological correction of changes with personalized approach to selecting appropriate regimens.The paper analyzes the features of the clinical course of sexual disorders in various forms of chronic prostatitis at this stage considering the age characteristics of patients, duration of disease, signs of subjective and results of laboratory and special examinations of patients. We defined clinical forms of sexual dysfunction in patients with various forms of chronic prostatitis. We studied the frequency and structure of psychological manifestations in patients with various forms of chronic prostatitis with sexual dysfunction.
