Thesis deals with the peculiarities of criminal legal opposition to intervention in the work of law enforcement officers. The general theoretical principles of counteraction to such socially dangerous acts are analyzed, the criminal-law characteristic has been given to crimes consisting in criminal punishment of interference with the activity of law enforcement officers and / or their close relatives and family members in connection with their professional activity, analyzed the problematic issues of the practice of applying the law Ukraine on criminal liability in this area and the practice of imposing punishment on persons for committing the corresponding crimes
