Dissertation work is devoted to rising of efficiency of treatment of sterility at women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus on the basis of scientific justification and introduction of advanced algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The endometrium at women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus is the main immunohistochemical changes low proliferative activity an endometrium, depression of index of expression the estrogen and the progesteron of receptors and lack of expression of VEGF. Need of improvement of algorithm of preparation and tactics of carrying out auxiliary genesial technologies at women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus is scientifically proved. Features of functional state an endometrium at women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus are established, existence of low proliferative activity an endometrium, depression of an index of an expression of estrogen progesteron of receptors and lack of an expression of VEGF is thus shown. The received results allowed to dilate available data on pathogenesis of disturbance of genesial function at women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus. The structure of congenital anomalies of development of uterus is studied and the role of accompanying genital pathology at women with sterility is shown. New aspects of clinical course of preparation and use of auxiliary genesial technologies at women with various options of congenital anomalies of development of uterus are established. Features of premorbidal background, the genetical anamnesis, existence of accompanying genital and somatic case rate, the clinical period of preparation and immediately use of auxiliary genesial technologies are established. Tactics of performance of surgical treatment of various options of congenital anomalies of development of uterus at a stage of preparation for auxiliary genesial technologies with use of modern endoscopic technologies is shown. The algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for rising of efficiency of treatment of sterility at women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus with use of auxiliary genesial technologies is improved and introduced.
