Fuss Y. Optimization of prevention and treatment of bacterial purulent-inflammatory soft tissues diseases in athletes.

The dissertation is devoted to the prevention and treatment of bacterial inflammatory diseases of soft tissues in athletes by the use of proposed preventive and therapeutic measures in treatment of purulent processes. The thesis proved that athletes should be measures of primary and secondary prevention of bacterial inflammatory diseases of soft tissues in accordance algorithm that includes providing physiological properties covering healthy tissue control bacterial contamination and measures aimed at strengthening the resistance of an athlete. Treatment of athletes suffering from bacterial purulent-inflammatory diseases of soft tissues should be conducted in accordance with the TIME concept with the need saving methods of surgery, bandages facet, the use of surface-active antiseptic powder drugs and systemic therapy. The results of the proposed complex treatment of purulent process of soft tissue in athletes have shown its effectiveness and, consequently, the need to use in practice. .
