The thesis is devoted to the issues of improving the efficiency of freight transportation on the railways of Ukraine based on formalization of the technology of accelerated passage of selected specialized traffic flows, taking into account the individual approach to the choice of traction equipment, which allows to improve the accuracy and speed of decision making concerning the handling of individual requests for the passage of individual route car flows, especially when granting the right to private traction.
