The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution of the scientific problem, which is based on theoretical and methodological and applied justification of the mechanisms and tools of strategic management of organizational transformations of agrarian enterprises of the livestock sector. The evolution of the conceptual-categorical apparatus of management of organizational changes in the activity of agrarian enterprises is researched. The methodical approaches to diagnostics and planning of organizational transformations of agrarian enterprises are substantiated. Methodical approaches to strategic planning of organizational changes in the management of agrarian enterprises have been developed. The dependence of the level of economic efficiency of activity of agrarian enterprises of livestock sector on management organization was identified. The tendencies of deformation of market conditions of agrarian enterprises of livestock sector in conditions of globalization and integration challenges are substantiated. Strategic imperatives of organizational development of agrarian enterprises are determined. The priorities of development of livestock sector of specialization of agrarian enterprises in the conditions of deepening of agroindustrial integration have been identified. The organizational and economic mechanism of strategic management of adaptation of agrarian enterprises to the conditions of target markets for livestock products is substantiated. The scenarios of implementation of strategies of organizational transformations of agrarian enterprises and increase of their economic efficiency are developed. The conceptual principles of generation and implementation of strategies of organizational transformations of agrarian enterprises of livestock sector based on the division of transformations into production-technological, organizational, managerial and commercial-marketing, as well as the role of integration tools for increasing the economic efficiency of production and sales of livestock products, are grounded.
