Essay

Dissertation is devoted to research of design parameters and operating modes of a twin-shaft forced action concrete mixer. Based on theoretical studies, a mathematical model for the interaction of housing of mixer and blades with a treated environment is proposed, which is based on the theory of Markov chains, which enabled to establish the laws of the material movement in a twin-shaft forced action concrete mixer. The factors influencing nature of work processes in order to determine the optimal correlations of geometrical and techno-economic parameters of the twins-shaft forced action concrete mixer were identified and investigated. The analytical dependences of mixing capacity and mass of the concrete mixer on finished volume of concrete mixture were obtained. The dependence of time of mixing cycle on angle of rotation of shoulder blade and the rheological characteristics of be-ton mixture was established. A pilot plant, a laboratory twins-shaft forced action concrete mixer, de-signed to determine the nature of concrete mix in concrete mixer housing, "time of oblivion", as well as the determination of influence of the parameters studied in the system "working organ - environment" was developed and created. The mechanisms of rotation and fixation of blades, as well as protractors, which were installed on the pilot-experimental stand, were designed and manufactured.
