Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of psychological factors in forming the dialogue competence of future psychologists. The paper has detailed the psychological content of the concept of dialogue competence. Psychological factors that have external and internal influence on formation of the dialogue competence of future psychologists in the process of professional training have been marked out. A conceptual structural and functional model of the dialogue competence of a psychologist has been developed. The complex of instruments for diagnostic evaluation of structural and functional components of the dialogue competence of future psychologists has been specified. The formation levels for structural and functional components of the dialogue competence of future psychologists depending on their social and demographic features (sex, age) have been identified. The proven influence of internal factors on the formation level for the dialogue competence and its structural components has been determined. The program of social and psychological training aimed at formation of the dialogue competence of future psychologists has been presented, and the results of its pilot implementation given. Psychological factors that contribute to formation of the dialogue competence of future psychologists in the process of professional training have been determined. The hypotheses that were developed at the beginning of the research have found their true confirmation during the pilot study.
