Dvornyk I. The improvement of acute adhesive ileus prophylaxis and surgical treatment (clinical and experimental research).

Thesis is clinical and experimental research and focuses on the actual theme of abdominal surgery, that is improving the treatment of acute adhesive ileus patients by prevention of adhesive process formation in abdominal cavity. It is possible in a way of using autologous parietal peritoneum graft and mesentery parietal intersection during the bowels raising. It is done to renew the peristalsis rapidly in a postoperative period. On the basis of experimental and morphological reseaches the peculiarities of autologous parietal peritoneum graft retention during different periods were examined. Highlighted also here is the method of parietal mesentery maintenance during the bowels raising. It is aimed to renew the peristalsis rapidly to prevent the adhesion. The terms and mesentery infecting degree due to the ileus existence time were determined. Clinically proved here is the efficiency of using autologous parietal peritoneum graft for prevention the adhesion and decrease of resecting treatment. It is especially relevant for wide deserosation of intestine wall. The efficiency of parietal mesentery maintenance during the bowels raising was determined. It facilitates to renew rapidly bowels motor function. Also it helps to do such raising during first 3 days from the outset of ileus. Added here are facts about the ultrasonography in the ileus diagnostication. The last helps to determine the quality and quantity of peristaltic waves.
