Onishchenko V. The mechanism of budgetary regulation in conditions of decentralization

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and practical aspects of the budget regulation mechanism in order to develop scientifically substantiated proposals for increasing its efficiency and achieving a balanced budget system in the context of decentralization reform in Ukraine. The essence-conceptual foundations of the mechanism of budgetary regulation are revealed on the basis of various scientific views on this problem. The state of functioning of the budget regulation mechanism in conditions of decentralization is analyzed, on the basis of analytical data on the structural elements of the budget system of Ukraine the level of its decentralization is determined.
