Dubinina G. Improvement of the treatment efficiency of patients with the newly diagnosed disseminated and common prostate cancer with the help of combined chemohormonal therapy that based on mitoxantrone.

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of the quality of treatment of metastatic hormone-na?ve prostate cancer with combined chemohormonal therapy based on mitoxantrone. The study has proved the effectiveness of the combination of mitoxantrone and ADT among patients with metastatic hormon-naive PC in terms of improving free of tumor progression survival. The safety of combined chemohormonal treatment based on mitoxantrone and ADT is substantiated. The advantages of combined chemohormonal therapy based on mitoxantrone and ADT have been demonstrated in relation to the dynamics of the total score of the four general domains of health-dependent quality of life and the mean score of pain syndrome. The prognostic value of clinical morphological parameters of the tumor, side effects and quality of life indicators in patients with metastatic hormon-naive PC who received combined chemohomonal therapy based on mitoxantrone and ADT was presented.
