Essay

This dissertation is dedicated to the problem of training of foreign students as future music teachers to organizing of amateur ensembles within extracurricular musical education. The comparative analysis of traditions of ensemble music making, deep-rooted in Ukrainian and China folk art, have been carried out and show the considerable potential possibilities of forms, genres, varieties of amateur music making. It is found that the Ukrainian music pedagogical practice keeps considerable reserves in order to perfect methodology of work with different school ensembles. There is theory-based the possibility of successful adaptation of scientific methodical and practical experience with musical ensembles of China schoolchildren. It is proved the author's position consisting in recognizing the reasonability of engagement into ensemble music making most wide circle of schoolchildren providing to every schoolchild who wishes to participate in ensemble music making to find own place in the musical collective, possibilities for realization of individual creative capacities. It is defined the essence of concept "ensemble work", based on the idea that the notion "work" means assuming obligations, fixed in form of contract, agreement between an employer and worker in relation to the achievement of definitive results. In research there are proved the structural components for students' training to ensemble work. It is proved that training efficiency of future specialists is predefined by a presence by the students of setting on a acquirement of additional specialization - basic work with pupil ensemble, forming of the generalized management methods for musical ensembles based on formation of special interdisciplinary relationships; embodiment of theoretical knowledge in various (academic, student-amateur, entertaining elucidative, educational practical) forms of ensemble music making; application in the training process of modern innovative technologies to organize the educational-creative and ensemble-performing activity.
