Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of differentiation of physical activity during training of physical exercises for students of 5-9 grades with health problems. The modern approaches to physical education of students of the primary school belonging to a special medical group are analysed and summarized, and the experience of realization of educational tasks at the lessons of physical education of students of secondary school age with weakened health in the pedagogical theory and practice are studied. It is found that modern approaches to the organization of physical exercises for students of a special medical group are based on the recreational effect, and educational tasks of physical education lessons are not fully realized. It is stated that the methodical features of conducting physical education lessons for pupils of 5-9 grades of the special medical group require differentiation of educational and physical activities in the process of training of physical exercises for students with health problems. The features of morbidity of students of the primary school according to the data of medical certificates are determined. The method of differentiated training of physical exercises of primary school students with vulnerabilities in health is developed based on the diagnosis of the disease, motor contraindications, individual and typological features of psychophysical development, and the interest of students in the process of implementing educational and motor tasks. It is specified the algorithm of training of physical exercises for students of special medical group, which takes into account physiological mechanisms of formation of motor activity, general regularities of training, diagnosis of disease and level of psychophysical development. The organizational and pedagogical conditions are determined, which provide the effectiveness of differentiated training of physical exercises for students with nosologies at physical education lessons in school. The thesis proposes the structure of assessment of educational achievements in physical culture of students 5-9 grades, which according to the state of health are assigned into a special medical group, including the following components (motivational, knowledgeable, practical). The criteria of evaluation of motor-recreational achievements of secondary school students with health problems are defined in physical education lessons: motivational, knowledgeable and practical, allowing to evaluate the corresponding indicators on a four-level scale. It is confirmed the efficiency of implementation differentiated training of physical exercises for primary school students with health problems in the educational process of physical culture.
