Yasin I. Criminal and Legal Qualification of Illegal enrichment under the Law of Ukraine

The Thesis is a complex scholarly research of the criminal and legal qualification of the illegal enrichment under the Law of Ukraine. The Thesis analyses the conceptual preconditions of the criminal and legal qualification of the illegal enrichment. The theoretical analysis is provided of the elements of crime “Illegal enrichment” as legal grounds of the criminal and legal qualification based on which the changes were suggested to the construction of the corresponding crime elements. The typical rules were elaborated of the criminal and legal qualification of illegal enrichment under the Criminal Law of Ukraine, both from de lege lata and de lege ferenda point of view.
