The thesis is devoted to the risk assessment under toxicological and hygienic criteria and the implementation of hygienic regulation of the new active substances of diflufenzopyr and pymetrozine, including pesticides Kelvin Plus, Plenum 50 WG, Acanto, Retengo and Amistar Gold 250 SC when used on oil crops to minimize harmful effects on public health, professional personnel and the environment. Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) of diflufenzopyr and pymetrozine has been scientifically proved; the working environment and professional risks while using Kelvin Plus and Plenum 50 WG by the land-based method, Retengo by the air method have been studied and calculated; the peculiarities of behavior in the objects of agrocoenosis, ecotoxicological risks and the risks of groundwater pollution of the studied pesticides in the soil-climatic conditions of Polissia and forest-steppe zones of Ukraine have been determined; the peculiarities of the influence of diflufenzopyr and pymetrozine on the processes of self-purification model of water basins and organoleptic properties of the water; the regularities of the behavior of dimoxystrobin in the system "soil-related environment" in a variety of soil and climatic conditions have been identified; the hygienic standards and regulations have been scientifically proved. The methods for determination of diflufenzopyr and pymetrozine in the air, water, soil, corn grain, rapeseeds have been developed, as well as the method for simultaneous determination of five active substances in a single water sample by high performance liquid chromatography.
