Essay

Thesis research is devoted to the problem solution of the moral development of students in vocational-technical education institutions. Theoretical analysis of the moral development problem of students in vocational and technical education institutions was carried out; peculiarities, social, pedagogical and psychological conditions of the moral development of the vocational-technical school students were revealed. Reasonable definition of the psychological conditions concepts of moral development of vocational and technical school students has been substantiated; criteria (moral awareness, moral self-reflection, moral experiences, and moral behaviour), indicators at the level of moral development of vocational and technical school students have been defined; the model of moral development of vocational and technical educational institution students has been developed. Empirically established a direct relationship between psychological conditions and levels of moral development of the subjects. The expediency of applying a personality-oriented approach to solving the problem of moral development of the personality of students of vocational schools is proved. The theoretical model was developed and the effectiveness of the program of actualization of psychological conditions of moral development of students of vocational education institutions was proved.
