Thesis determined content of contemporary definition of personal human artistic paradigm which include: application of human being as paramount value, main keeper of value system and conception of well-being - overall measure, human individualism, which keep intellectual, economical, moral autonomy, sociocultural sovereignty; necessity in positive autonomy, sociability, ability to live in multicultural society; accept human standards of morality, its specification and content (kindness, appreciation, charity, empathy, tolerance) and cultivating of humanity as significant personal characteristic; global consciousness, consideration of human rights, regardless of racial, religious, national and social membership; self-organisation, self-realisation, dedication as method of expressing self "I" in multicultural society; human relations which allows to keep human worth, to realize self-artistic and creative potential, without limitation interests of other people, forming aptitude to exist in multicultural society, which is presented in system of human and cultural values where each member in dialogue communication keeps and confirm cultural identity and express readiness to interchange culture, values, significances, creativity. Defined base structure (gnostic, emotioned-valued, conative-actioned components) and content of human-artistic paradigm of music teachers, specification of process is defined and proposed methodology of forming human-artistic paradigm in high educational establishments, which comprises cognitive-motivational, valued-orientation and activity-creative stages. Result of methodology realized in positive dynamic of formed levels of student's human artistic paradigm of experimental group with all criteria and factors in comparison with control group.
