Stakhornа Y. Prophylaxis of not incubation of pregnancy at women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus.

Dissertation it is devoted to depression of frequency of not incubation at women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus on the basis of scientific justification and introduction of advanced algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and- prophylactic actions. Need of improvement of well-timed diagnostics and prophylaxis of not incubation of pregnancy at women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus is scientifically proved. Dependence of frequency and the reasons of genesial losses of pregnancy at women with congenital anomalies of development is established, is thus shown that the highest level of this complication takes place at an internal septum of uterus and at duplex uterus, and the lowest - at simplex uterus. Features of formation and chorion localization at women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus that allowed to dilate available data on a pathogenesis of not incubation and premature births are presented. Frequency and the main reasons for not incubation of pregnancy and premature births at women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus are studied. Comparative aspects of clinical course of pregnancy and labors, a functional condition of fetoplacental complex, and also a condition of newborns at women with various forms from congenital anomalies of development of uterus are established. Features of a premorbidal background, the heriditary anamnesis, the clinical course of pregnancy and labors, frequencies and structures of obstetric and perinatal complications at women with congenital anoma- lies of development of uterus which were diagnostic before and during pregnancy that allowed to show frequency and the reasons of not incubation of pregnancy in 1 trimester and premature births at women depending on form of this pathology are established. The algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for depression of frequency of not incubation of pregnancy and premature births at women with congenital anomalies of development of uterus with the subsequent prophylaxis of perinatal pathology is improved and introduced.
