Sukhostavets N. Optimization of diagnostics and tactics of maintaining pregnant women with benign tumors and tumorous formations of ovaries.

Dissertation work is devoted to optimization of diagnostics and tactics of conducting pregnancy at women with benign tumors and tumorous formations of ovaries by improvement of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Need of optimization of diagnostics and expeditious treatment of benign tumors and the tumorous of formations of ovaries is scientifically proved during pregnancy for the purpose of depression of frequency of obstetric and perinatal pathology. Interrelations between clinical, ekhografichesky, endocrinologic and immunologic trials at pregnant women with benign tumors and tumorous formations of ovaries are established. It allowed to dilate having data on pathogenesis of neoplasms of ovaries and development of obstetric and perinatal pathology. Frequency, structure and the main options of expeditious treatment of benign tumors and the tumorous of formations of ovaries is studied during pregnancy. Comparative aspects of a clinical course of pregnancy and labors, functional condition of a fetoplacental complex, and also condition of newborns at women with benign tumors and tumorous formations of ovaries who refused are established and were operative during pregnancy. The morphological characteristic of remote neoplasms of ovaries is shown during pregnancy. Features of premorbidal background, the heriditary anamnesis, the clinical course of pregnancy and labors, frequencies and structures of obstetric and perinatal complications at women with benign tumors and tumorous formations of ovaries which were diagnosed during pregnancy that allowed to show major factors of risk of development of neoplasms of ovaries at pregnant women are established. The algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for rising of efficiency of diagnostics and timeliness of expeditious treatment of benign tumors and the tumorous of formations of ovaries in early durations of gestation with advantage of laparoscopic access and further prophylaxis of obstetric and perinatal complications is improved and introduced.
