A scientific work dedicated to optimization of infusion therapy regimens during the induction of spinal anesthesia for a caesarean section for prophylaxis and treatment of arterial hypotension. Was investigated and analyzed conditions and changes of central and peripheral hemodynamics childbirth women during cesarean section procedure under spinal anesthesia to prevent arterial hypotension. And for treatment of arterial hypotension by using at various of infusion therapy. Was evaluated various methods for prophylaxis and treatment of arterial hypotension on the state of the newborn. It was found that the most effective method for prevention of arterial hypotension at childbirth women during the induction of spinal anesthesia for a caesarean section is stable infusion of phenylephrine - 25 µg/min (0,3 µg/kg/min).Applying the mentioned techniques central and peripheral hemodynamics were stable indicators at each stage of trial and the hypoperfusion of the fetus occurs most rarely. Based on results obtained recommendations for prophylaxis and treatment of arterial hypotension that occurs during cesarean section procedure under spinal anesthesia were created.
