The thesis work is devoted to the further development of methods and models of rational organization of traffic flows in cities. Based on the results of the studies, a model for the rational organization of the functioning of traffic flows in cities and the method for the formation of a rational network for monitoring traffic flows have been developed. The electrical-engineering analogue model of optimization of traffic flows operation in city's road network has been improved, and the method for simulation of the dynamics of the intensity of motion using neural networks has been improved.
