Tishkova N. The reforming of public administration of environment in the context of European integration of Ukraine

The dissertation deals with theoretical and methodological substantiation and development of practical recommendations on the reforming of public administration of environment in the context of European integration of Ukraine. The dissertation clarifies and develops the conceptual-categorical apparatus of the subject area of the study, studies the national experience of public administration of environment in the historical aspect, analyzes the European experience of communitarian management in the investigated branch and provides peculiarities of public administration of environment in the EU member states, and the problems of public administration of the branch were revealed at the present stage of the national state-building. The ways of improvement of public administration of environment in Ukraine have been determined, and the concept of its reform has been developed, which is aimed at bringing the management system to European standards taking into account national features and best practices and positive European experience and contains a system of principles of public administration of environment.
