Dissertation work is devoted to depression of frequency of not incubation of pregnancy in the 11th trimester and perinatal pathology at multiborn women on the basis of studying clinical-ekhografical, dopplerometrical, endocrinological, biochemical and microbiological features, and also by development and deployment of advanced algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Need of improvement of tactics of conducting pregnancy at multiborn women for the purpose of depression of frequency of genesial losses is scientifically proved. The interrelation clinical, ekhografical, dopplerometrical, endocrinological, biochemical and microbiological researches at multiborn women is established. It allowed to dilate available data on pathogenesis of not incubation of pregnancy at multiborn women. Frequency, structure and the main reasons for not incubation of pregnancy at multiborn women is studied. Comparative aspects of clinical course of pregnancy and labors, functional state fetoplacental are established to complex, and also conditions of newborns at multiborn women. Features of clinical course of pregnancy and labors, frequencies and not incubation structures at multiborn women with not wearing out in the anamnesis that allowed to establish major factors of risk of development of genesial losses at these women are established. The complex of treatment- and-prophylactic actions for rising of efficiency of prophylaxis of not incubation and depression of frequency of perinatal pathology at multiborn women on the basis of use of the referred correction of an istmical-cervical failure and placental dysfunction, and also disturbances of microbiocenosis of sexual ways is improved and introduced.
