The essence of the corporation and its financial state are substantiated. The essence of management of the financial condition of the corporation is specified, its subject and objects, principles and tasks are defined. Stages of management of the financial condition of the corporation are developed. It is proved that the efficiency of management of the financial state of the corporation is determined by the availability of methodological and organizational support. The financial condition of 29 companies over seven years has been analyzed. The standard factor analysis is complemented by regression analysis of panel and intergroup data. The factors that influence the optimization of cash flows and their synchronization are systematized. The traditional classification of factors is complemented by an institutional feature. The stages of synchronization of cash flows are substantiated. An approach to diagnosing the financial condition of corporations based on discriminant function is improved. The existing approach is supplemented by an assessment of the risk of misbalancing cash flows. The components of the integral analysis are determined and substantiated, the integral indicator of financial state is calculated. The stages of definition of the integral indicator of the financial state of corporations are substantiated.
