Pakhnin M. Interaction of mass communication with Public Administration as a factor of state building in Ukraine

Object of research: public administration bodies in Ukraine. Goal: is the theoretical substantiation of the principles and methods of interaction of MMC with the public administration in Ukraine and the development of recommendations for improving the interaction between them. Methods: categorical and etymological analysis, historical, synchronous and diachronic, structural-functional, comparative-historical and comparative-legal analysis, statistical and structural-system methods. Results: is a comprehensive substantiation of the theoretical basis of the interaction of MMC with public administration as a factor of state building in Ukraine and the definition of the main directions for improving this interaction. Novelty: a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of regulatory and legal support in the field of MMC activity in Ukraine was developed; the conceptual-categorical apparatus has been improved, which is expanded by clarifying the content of the concept of "media of communication", etc. Implemented in the activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, etc. Areas of use: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
