Matvienko R. The financial and credit mechanism of the state regulation of the development of agrarian production in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of an important scientific and practical task to improve the financial and credit mechanism of state regulation of the development of agrarian production. In the course of the research the theoretical, practical and organizational issues of formation of the financial and credit mechanism of state regulation of agrarian production are considered, systematic scientific and methodical approaches to the evaluation of the effectiveness of such a mechanism. As a result of the research, the directions of improvement of the instruments of the financial and credit mechanism of state regulation of agrarian production were revealed, a set of strategic measures of organizational and economic support of functioning of the financial and credit mechanism of state regulation of agrarian production development was recommended, which allows at the level of concrete recommendations to implement the proposed theoretical and methodological developments. Conceptual foundations in developing and implementing strategic directions systemic modernization of financial and credit mechanism of state regulation of agricultural production, which is the need to develop and implement regulations on development of financial and credit mechanism of state support for agricultural production, allowing for interaction between state and market regulation, promote improve the efficiency of agricultural production and on this basis to expand the scope of the research process states thе management.
