The thesis studies lexical and grammatical markers of addressability category representation in modern Ukrainian prose. It justifies a communicative and pragmatic approach to the analysis of fiction, characterizes literary communication in a category aspect, describes linguistic means of addressability representation from the perspective of intercategory interaction and reveals the features of lexical, morphological and syntactic units as addressability category representatives.
