Essay

In the dissertation the phenomenon of pedagogical communication of teachers of medical universities in the context of activation of educational activity of students is studied. It was established that teachers of medical universities have peculiar styles of pedagogical communication: self-governing, spontaneously-liberal and creative-democratic. The research model of the operational characteristics of pedagogical communication of teachers based on the results of the correlation analysis of the methods used was created. The training program aimed at improving the communicative skills of teachers of medical universities after the participation in the training of lecturers in both special and humanitarian disciplines has been developed and tested, the indicators for power-leading and creatively-democratic styles of pedagogical communication have increased, while the number of teachers with spontaneously liberal style The dependence of the motivation of students on teaching style of pedagogical communication of the teachers was proved, in particular, the motivation to study at higher educational institutions increased in the studied students, the motives of professional-value, social identification and self-education became the most important. The offered training program is aimed at understanding the motives and style of communication and enriching the communicative competence, is an effective factor in the development of communicative competence and productive pedagogical interaction with students of medical universities.
